SVZ Finance privacy
Direct currency exchange and WhatsApp messages
SVZ Finance provides information about finance and currently arranges currency exchange transactions manually through WhatsApp. We receive a customer’s payment and send the exchanged amount to the designated payee or account. WhatsApp communications, including messages and files you send, are used to answer questions, verify the transaction and coordinate payment. WhatsApp/Meta may process associated information under its own policies.
Transaction details we request
For these transactions, we may request the payer’s name and payee’s name, relevant contact details, the recipient’s bank account information for the payout, payment amount and currency details, transaction confirmations, and information showing the customer’s connection to the payer or origin of payment. Depending on the transaction, this may include screenshots of platform earnings or related account information, and messages explaining the source and purpose of funds.
Protecting sensitive information
We encourage customers to share only the personal and financial information relevant to their enquiries or transactions. Please do not send passwords, login credentials, complete payment-card details or unrelated sensitive personal information through WhatsApp, email or other communication channels. Where supporting screenshots or documents are requested, please conceal unrelated sensitive details. Why transaction information is used
